Michael Hwang
Michael Hwang, the founder and principal lawyer of Amicus Lawyers, received his law degree from U.B.C. in 1989, and was called to the BC Bar in 1990. Michael has a broad base of experience in real estate and business, especially in buying, selling and reorganization of businesses. Michael is also a community developer and cultural navigator who acts for numerous non-profit organizations.
Peter Yi
Peter Yi is an associate lawyer at Amicus Lawyers. Peter graduated with honours in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, then completed his law degree at the University of Victoria in 1998.
Peter has extensive experience dealing with franchising, leasing, professional corporations, and trusts.
Tiffany Pang
Tiffany Pang is an associate lawyer at Amicus Lawyers. Tiffany has law degrees from Chosun University in South Korea, and from the University of British Columbia. After articling with a prominent immigration lawyer in Vancouver, she was called to the BC bar in 2006. Tiffany is very familiar with all categories of immigration and has had success with difficult cases.
